According to their main contact page, emails have a 72 hour estimated response time. Truthfully, the fact that email contact is the only 24/7 option is quite disappointing at this day and age. If for some reason you are not able to find the answer to your inquiry on the FAQ’s, at the bottom of each snippet is a “Contact Us” link which will automatically direct you to a formatted email within their platform. There is also a search feature once you get to the FAQ’s, but the search feature doesn’t seem to live up to it’s potential. To make up for their lack of customer service options, they do have a pretty extensive FAQ section with links.
Unlike their competitors, Harrah’s Casino does not have many different customer service options.
